I spent years giving myself away—burned out, silenced, caught in cycles that left me empty. Creativity was always inside me, but it felt buried under exhaustion, people pleasing, and the noise of survival.
The Creative Return is the path I took to find myself again. It began as scribbled journal pages, became rituals and poetry, and eventually formed into a guide that could help others reclaim their voice, too.
🌹 What I Create
I create intuitive, symbol-rich art and honest, lived-in writing that reflect moments of transition, healing, and becoming. My visual work often takes the form of portals, patterns, and nature-inspired imagery—each piece unfolding slowly and guided by feeling rather than plan. Alongside the art, I write poetry, reflections, and essays rooted in motherhood, grief, creativity, and the systems we move through every day. Whether through image or word, my work is about listening, telling the truth, and offering something steady to hold while crossing from one season of life into another.
